With the lack of Modernization, the country ,no matter the geographical area ,population social security and etc, the government use a planned -economy to manage all routines for local residents including housing ,healthcare,hunting for a job ,food ,beverages and so on . in order to reach the objective that each basic demands of people can be reached as much as possible.
Going through periods of years of revolutions and reforms in China , many policies like ‘ recovering college test ‘,’one child policy ‘ and ‘revolutionary economy ‘ , the structure of the society, education level of each individual and macro economy development of majorities of people are gradually improved by efforts both from the government and all walks of life. Look back those flowing centuries ,we experienced a lot while struggling for setting up a diversified business environment with self-controlled policies which can be regulated randomly and comparatively to solve the problem that how to balance the competition and cooperation between state-owned economy and private economy to enlarge the business scale and make up for the negative or neutral impact brought by all tones totally deterimend by the government. The so-called freedoom economies ,which are also composed of particular formulas that
choosing a suitable company representative with a werid atomosphere and splitting the industry revenue with superior power and tones are one of the most frequently used way ,boom up and expand independently by different authorities and business groups.
People would feel confused about the phenomenon that why we are still faced with the challenge though the business environment is much more inclusive than the planned-economy period .
From Oxford dictionary ,it says we are under a command economy period. But in Chinese ,people would not easily identify the different meaning of the two.What’s the difference between command economy and planned economy ?
A command economy is where all resources are owned by the government or central authority, who decides what to produce, how to produce it and who for. Example include the former USSR, Cuba, North Korea although market activity did and does exist in all of these countries.
Planned economies contrast with command economies in that a planned economy is "an economic system in which the government controls and regulates production, distribution, prices, etc." whereas a command economy necessarily has substantial public ownership of industry while also having this type of regulation.
Worthy to mention , invisiblle hands have controlled the exchange and profit system since the origin behaviors of buying and selling.
But not limited to that , occupying lands ,taking advantage of science and technology to create stock market ,start seperate dealling venues online or offine , networking with celebrities ,authorities and government officials dominate the domestic economy development .
If you can't understand ,let me say in other words easily. You can see merchandisers ,shoppingmalls, supermarkets ,banks ,surrounded almost every neighbourhoods,which are all one of the command economies . Vice versa. The bottom princial is the same while it may change according to different countries .
Experts,who are invloved in or interested in business, are accustomed to studying the in-cycle and recycle economy, which can not be expalined in one sentence.People still hold the view that rices ,oils ,advanced technologies,semi-conductors and etc are one of the planned -economy items though they would place order from different countries or sell the stuff to other countries .
In conclusion ,invisible hands behind economy is tremendously interesting to explore and navigate.We should be careful when dealling with those tough problems .Maybe in future ,stock markets do not make sense with un-predicttable war and financial crises .Those who control capital ,bank industries ,power wouldn't be the winner finally cause they are trapped into a magic box full of self-satisfactory ,taking advantage of others and complicated relationships with religions.
