Through the video posted by the official ,Donald Trump seemed to be perfunctory and thought-provoking while awarding the medal to the woods ,a golf player .In United States ,the president have rights to award medals to those who have great contributions to the counrty or those who support the political career .Obviously, Donald Trump view the relationship between woods and Vanessa Trump and the occupation of woods as a trouble-solving-machine ,then he stuck to brag about it.

On Tuesday,May 7，2019 ,Golfing great Tiger Woods has been awarded the highest civilian honour in the United States, the Presidential Medal of Freedom, by President Donald Trump.

Mr Trump presented the medal to Woods during a White House ceremony, having announced his intention to do so after Woods won the Masters Tournament last month.
Mr Trump tweeted he was awarding Woods the medal because of his "incredible Success & Comeback in Sports (Golf) and, more importantly, LIFE".
But the US President's decision to honour the golfer has raised a few eyebrows, as Woods has been a business associate of the Trump Organisation for years.
"You have to ask whether it's his true belief Tiger Woods deserves this award or whether he's doing it to help his business," said a spokesman for the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics public policy group, Jordan Libowitz.
The US President has been using Woods' cachet to attract fans to his properties for decades.
